The Refund Application process is very simple; you would visit the online form which will be found in your booking confirmation email. This will be already auto-populated for you with your booking details and requires you to provide basic information and evidence about your refund reason – all of which info can be found in the Terms and Conditions provided to you.
If you have provided the evidence listed in our terms, your refund will be validated by our dedicated Refund Team and you will receive the 100% refund directly to your chosen bank account.
